Onyeme Doles Out Over N20 Million Naira Scholarship To Students Across Ndokwa Nation
The Chairman, Monday Onyeme’s Foundation Sir Monday John Onyeme has doled out over N20 Million Naira Scholarship To Undergraduates of different higher Institute of learning who hails from Ndokwa Nation.
Speaking today at Utagba-Ogbe Grammer School, Kwale during the presentation of One Hundred Thousand Naira Cheque to each amongst the 210 beneficiaries, Onyeme admonished the beneficiaries to work very hard in other to achieve excellence in their educational pursuits.
He thanked everyone present for finding time out of their busy schedule to grace this occasion, revealing that the mandate of Monday Onyeme’s Foundation is to render assistance to the less privileged, to renovates dilapidated School buildings, to assist the good people of Ndokwa Nation with Scholarship to boost their educational performance.
While Congratulating the beneficiaries of the 2021 Monday Onyeme’s Annual Scholarship, he urged them to aim for excellence in their academic Pursuit adding that the purpose of the aptitude test is to aim for excellence, hence, you must continue to work very hard to produce a results that will be pleasing in the eyes of every individual.
According to Onyeme, hardwork always pay and you must prepare for the future now that you are in school. The labour market is not friendly, hence, you must push yourself higher by getting a very good results, you must make your parents and the society proud of you by taken your academics seriously.
He lauded the contributions of the House of Assembly Member Representing Ndokwa West Constituency Hon Charles Emetulu and a committed party man Hon Lucky Ossai for keying into the giant strides of the Monday Onyeme’s Foundation by sponsoring five undergraduates each for the scholarship award in their various wards in Ndokwa West LGA.
He called on all well to do sons and daughters of Ndokwa Nation to key into the Monday Onyeme’s Foundation Scholarship Programme for the good and betterment of the people of Ndokwa Extraction.
The Special Adviser to the Governor on Petroleum Resources and Urban renewal Hon Ernest Ogwezzy who happens to be the Chairman of the Occassion lauded Sir Monday John Onyeme for his continued love he has displayed over time to mankind most especially to the Ndokwa Indigenes through the Monday Onyeme’s Foundation as he congratulated the beneficiaries of Onyeme’s 2021 Annual Scholarship.
The Secretary to the Delta State People’s Democratic Party PDP Engr Dan Ossai, the Ndokwa East Council Boss Hon Juan Governor, the Commissioner for Secondary Education ably represented, Chief Win Omorege in their Seperate remarks applauded Sir Monday John Onyeme for his uncommon contributions towards the educational pursuits of Undergraduates across Ndokwa Nation.
